【摘要】 主要阐述了在蒙脱石的有机改性工艺中,插层剂的种类、不同的改性工艺及不同的工艺参数如插层剂的用量、介质的pH值对制备的有机蒙脱石层间结构的影响。结果表明层间结构随着介质pH值和插层剂的用量的改变而发生变化。X射线衍射分析表明,双长链的插层剂制备的有机蒙脱石的层间距d₀₀₁大于单链有机插层剂制备的有机蒙脱石的d₀₀₁。根据比较碳链长度L与层间距d₀₀₁我们推测插层剂的烷基链可能以斜交、垂直、单层、双层或者假三层的方式排列在层间。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly presents the connection between the structure of organo-clay and various parameters such as the types and dosage of modifiers, different kinds of modifications and the pH of the mediums in prepanng organo-clay. The results show that the structure of organo-clay varies with the alteration of pH of mediums and the dosage of the rnodifiers. According to the X-ray, the d_（001） of organo-clay made by the modifiers with two long chains is larger than the one made by the modifier with only one long chain at the same conditions. We can conclude that the chain may exist between the layers by means of inclination, perpendicularity, monolayer, double deck or pseudo-triple arrangement according to the comparison of the length of the long chain and d_（001）·更多还原
