纳米氧化锌一步合成的试验研究
Nanometer-sized Zinc Oxide Prepared by Using one-step Method

【摘要】 以氯化锌和氢氧化钠为原料,采用直接水解一步法制备了针状和球形纳米氧化锌。借助于XRD、TEM等测试手段,对纳米氧化锌粉体的制备条件和其对粒度、形貌的影响进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,通过控制反应条件,可以制得不同形貌且具有纯度高、粒度分布均匀、结晶性能良好、分散性好的纳米氧化锌粉体。
【Abstract】 Nanometer-sized zinc oxide with needle-shaped and spherical-shaped was prepared by using hydrolysis method directly, zinc chloride and sodium oxyhydrate as the starting materials. Different prepared conditions, and microstructure and morphology of nanometer- sized zinc oxide were investigated by means of XRD and TEM. The results of this study indicated that high purity, narrow sized, well crystallized and finely dispersed nanometer sized zinc oxide with different micrograph was available by controlling reaction conditions.
