缝合天然纤维层板的平面和层间性能研究

【摘要】 本文研究了缝合剑麻纤维/环氧树脂复合层板的平面力学性能与层间断裂韧性。研究表明,由于剑麻纤维具有较高的损伤容限,缝合对层板的平面强度和模量影响不大,但极大地提高了层间韧性,特别是对高纤维含量的层板极为明显。与玻璃纤维层板不同,剑麻纤维层板缝合与平面纤维界面强度提高之间呈现正的协同作用。缝合可扩展架桥区域,并决定了层板的R曲线形状。实验证明,各种缝合参数及剑麻的表面处理均影响层板层离阻抗。
【Abstract】 The unidirectional sisal fiber laminates with or without alkali treatment were stitched at different stitch condition. Experimental results for in-plane mechanical responses and mode Ⅰ interlaminar fracture of stitched sisal fiber laminates were presented in this paper. It is found that the strength and stiffness of laminates was not significantly affected by the addition of the stitch threads. The stitching can effectively improve the interlaminar toughness, especially for the laminates with higher fiber volume fraction. The stitching parameters, including stitching density, stitching threads diameters, species of stitching threads, continuity, and chemical modification, can influence the ability of the composites to resist del-amination in the same way as GFRP laminates.
