DMA在研究PP/PA6共混体系性质方面的应用

【摘要】 将动态力学分析(DMA)应用于聚合物复合材料各种力学性能的评估,是一种新的发展动向。为了改善纯PP的力学性能,PA6以及增溶剂POE-g-MA、PP-g-MA被混入基体中。各个组分间的不同含量将直接影响共混体系的力学性能。本文笔者试图以DMA实验给出的动态模量的衰减曲线和材料体系玻璃化转变温度(T_x)以及从微观层次上的分子解释来得出该共混体系的力学性能和界面的相互作用。
【Abstract】 It is a kind of new development tendency to apply dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) to the assessment of different mechanical properties of polymer composite. To improve mechanical properties of pure PP, PA6 and POE-g-MA or PP-g-MA were introduced into the matrix. The whole properties of this material were influenced directly by the different weight content of each component part. In the article, the mechanical properties and the interaction of the interface of the material system would be concluded from the curves of dynamic modulus & loss tangent vs temperature, glass transition temperatures(Tg)gained through DMA.
