【Abstract】 In this paper, the processing technology of fiber reinforced Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) composites are investigated. The influence of different technical parameters on fiber reinforced PEEK composites are studied by using mechanical test and analysis of microphotograph. The proper technical parameters of PEEK composites are formulated in according to aforementioned tests. Tne processing parameters of PEEK composites include cooling rate, forming pressure, forming temperature and the holding time in melt.更多还原
