Ce-ZrO2/CePO4可加工陶瓷性能与加工损伤

【摘要】 研究了加入CePO4对Ce-ZrO2陶瓷性能与加工损伤的影响。通过计算Ce-ZrO2和Ce-ZrO2/CePO4的韦伯模数与二者损伤对比观察,证实了加入CePO4后,材料弯曲强度分布趋于一致,加工损伤明显减小,增加了材料实际应用中的安全性和可靠性,并且由于Ce-ZrO2陶瓷加工时强度下降幅度大于Ce-ZrO2/CePO4,以加工后强度而言,二者相差不大。
【Abstract】 The effects on the properties and machining damages of Ce-ZrO2, after adding CePO4 were studied. By calculating Weibull modulus and comparing the damages between Ce-ZrO2 and Ce-ZrO2/CePO4), it was proved that the bending strength distribution of the material concentrated and machining damages decreased obviously , which increased the safety and reliability of the material in practical use. And because the strength of Ce-ZrO2 decreased more quickly than that of Ce-ZrO2/CePO4 during machining, the values of the two were almost the same when compared after machining.
