可加工ZTA/CePO4陶瓷的强度及显微结构研究

【摘要】 本文研究了加入CePO4后对ZTA/CePO4材料的显微结构和强度的影响。结果表明,通过控制制备工艺在ZTA中引入CePO4,可形成强弱界面相互分布的网络结构,在弱界面处裂纹可发生偏转、分支、桥联等形式,可在一定程度上改善材料强度,并使ZTA/CePO4陶瓷具有了良好的可加工性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effect on the strength and microstructure of ZTA/CePO4 after adding CePO4 is investigated. The result is presented that network structure of intercalated distributional strong-weak interface forms by adding CePO4 in ZTA through controlling manufacturing technology, and there are deflection, branching, bridging and so on at weak interface, which on some extent improves strength of material and offers ZTA/CePO4 ceramic favorable machinability.
