Al2O3陶瓷表面电脉冲法制备磷酸钙涂层

【摘要】 通过对沉积表面进行电脉冲激发活化,在氧化铝陶瓷表面生成了磷酸钙涂层。将怀状的氧化铝浸泡在模拟体液(SBF)中,对其内外表面施加1次/秒的110伏的方形脉冲电压,10天后,经过不均匀的成核和生长过程在Al2O3表面形成了约5μm厚的涂层。结果表明,涂层由大量的细小的针状晶体组成,并具有多孔特征。试验证明电脉冲造成的表面功能化可以有效地在多种电绝缘的生物惰性材料上产生磷酸钙涂层,从而改进其生物活性。

【Abstract】 The coating of a Calcium Phosphate on alumina ceramics via a biomimetic method using electric pulse stimulating at the deposited surface had been investigated. The alumina ceramics with cup shape were soaked in a simulated body fluid (1.5SBF) and applied a pulsed potential with square wave of 1time/sec and 110 volt between the inner and outer surfaces. A coating with-5μm thickness by non-uniform nucleation and growth on the Al2O3 ceramics could be formed after 10 days. Microstructure of the coating was comprised of a large number of tiny needle-like grains and characterized with a porous feature. The primary experimental result showed that the surface functionalization (activation) by electric pulsed potential was an effective method to create calcium phosphate coating on various bioinert materials with electric insulating behavior for improving its bioactive character.
