纳米TiO2/海泡石的合成与表征
SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF NANOMETER TiO2/SEPIOLITE

【摘要】 通过物理化学方法对海泡石原矿进行了提纯和活化,并通过离子交换法将Ti4+引入海泡石晶间孔道,焙烧后得到了自组装的纳米TiO2/海泡石复合材料。对该材料进行的XRD、IR和EDS分析表明,纳米TiO2在海泡石晶间孔道的形成使得海泡石的晶面间距增大,并部分降低了因海泡石加热脱水造成的结构折叠和坍塌而发生四面体畸变的程度。
【Abstract】 Sepiolite was purified and activated by some physic and chemical ways. With partial replacement of Ti4+ with the zeolite channel in sepiolite, TiO2 nanoscale particles were simultaneously built in the channel. XRD, IR and EDS characterizations indicate that the formation of TiO2 nanostructured particles leads to the increment of d110 of sepiolite and has an effect on the distorted degree of SiO4 tetrahedron and the layered structure.
