烧结气氛对Ni/PTC复合材料性能的影响
THE EFFECT OF SINTERING ATMOSPHERE ON THE PROPERTIES OF NI/PTC COMPOSITE

【摘要】 本文以双施主掺杂BaTiO3陶瓷为基体,采用颗粒化学镀技术制备Ni/PTC陶瓷复合材料,获得两相分布均匀的复合粉料,探讨了烧结气氛对金属/PTC复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明:金属/PTC陶瓷复合材料的烧结工艺不能采用传统的PTC陶瓷工艺,而必须首先在还原气氛中烧成,以防止高温时金属的氧化,然后再进行微氧化处理,恢复BaTiO3半导体的PTC特性。
【Abstract】 In this paper uniformly distributed Ni/PTC composite powder was obtained by means of a new electroless plating method, where BaTiO3 ceramic doped by two donors was matrix. The effect of sintering atmosphere on the proper-lies of Ni/PTC ceramic composite had been discussed. The results had shown that: ① The traditional sintering process for PTC ceramic was unfit for the Ni/PTC composite;② The Ni/PTC composite must be sintered under reduction atmosphere to avoid the metal oxidation in high temperature, then recover the PTC effect of BaTiO3 ceramic by heat treatment in the low-oxidation atmosphere.
