燃烧合成反应焊接TiB2陶瓷/金属Mo的研究

【摘要】 燃烧合成技术是近年来迅速兴起的材料制备新技术,将燃烧合成技术引入焊接领域更是一种比较新颖的焊接方法。本文用燃烧合成反应焊接了TiB2陶瓷/金属Mo试件,对中间反应料的燃烧合成产物进行了XRD物相分析,并对焊接试件的界面连接情况用EPMA进行了分析。实验结果表明,采用燃烧合成技术可成功地制取TiB2陶瓷/金属Mo试件,且焊接界面处有一定厚度的扩散,界面结合良好。
【Abstract】 Combustion Synthesis technology is one of the new technologies for preparing new materials. And it is a promising technology to the area of welding. In this paper, welding of TiB2 ceramic and Mo with it was experimentally studied. The products of the intermedium by combustion synthesis were analyzed by XRD. There main are Mo and TiB2 , Mo will exist with the increasing content of Mo in the intermedium. The samples of welded were analyzed by EPMA. The results showed that there were diffusion at the interfaces and TiB2 and Mo could be welded successfully with CS.
