先驱体法SiC纤维表面与断面形貌分析

【摘要】 利用SEM对先驱体转化SiC纤维的缺陷类型与成因进行了系统分析表征,研究了表面缺陷和内部缺陷与纤维平均强度之间的相互关系。结果表明,SiC纤维的强度受缺陷的影响显著,有严重表面缺陷的纤维强度极低(<1.0GPa);表面缺陷较小或内部缺陷明显的纤维强度中等(1.0~2.0GPa);无明显缺陷或只存在较小内部缺陷的纤维才具有较高强度(>2.0GPa)。
【Abstract】 Correlations between surface defects and internal defects and the average tensile strength of polymer-derived SiC fibers were thoroughly studied via SEM analysis. Results revealed that tensile strength of the SiC fibers was greatly depended on the defects, namely, large surface defects restricts the strength to a value much lower than 1.0 GPa and small surface defects or obvious internal defects gives strengths between approximately 1.0 GPa and 2.0 GPa, while higher stength, greater than 2.0 GPa, could be obtained with no obvious defects or just small internal defects existing.
