含β-锂霞石颗粒和硼酸铝晶须的铝基复合材料研究

【摘要】 本文运用一种新的复合材料体系,用挤压铸造法制备了含有不同体积分数比的β-锂霞石颗粒和硼酸铝晶须的铝基复合材料。文中对该复合材料的显微结构、拉伸性能和热膨胀性能进行研究。实验结果表明,该复合材料能同时获得较低的热膨胀系数和较高的强度。并且通过改变β-锂霞石和硼酸铝的体积分数,在较大的范围内可以对复合材料的强度和热膨胀系数进行设计和调节。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new composite system was applied to fabricate a composite with different ratio of β-eucryp-tite particle (Euc) and aluminum borate whisker (ABO) by squeeze casting technique. The microstructure, fracture property and thermal expansion property of the composite were studied. Low thermal expansion and high tensile strength were attained simultaneously in the composite. By changing the volume fraction of Euc and ABO, the strength and the thermal expansion coefficient of the composite can be designed and adjusted.
