自润滑聚酰亚胺复合材料(ZRPI)性能研究

【摘要】 将石墨、聚四氟乙烯、二硫化钼等减摩材料以及短切碳纤维等增强材料与热固性PMR型聚酰亚胺通过特殊工艺制备预浸料,采用热模压一次成型技术制得耐高温自润滑聚酰亚胺复合材料,研究了不同减摩材料以及不同添加量对材料力学性能和耐热性能的影响,考察了材料的耐水煮性能,系统研究了这类材料在空气和水介质环境下的摩擦学行为。
【Abstract】 self-lubricating prepregs materials were prepared by impregnating graphite, PTFE, MoS2 and short-cutting carbon fiber with PMR type polyimide. Hot press molding technique was employed to prepared self-Lubricating composites used at elevated temperature. The mechanical properties thermal and thermo-oxidative properties of the fabricated composites were investigated, The hydrolyzing resistance was also studied. Experiment results demonstrate that the self-lubricating composites exhibit excellent mechanical properties and outstanding thermo-oxidative stabilities. Tribology in air as well as in water of this composites was investigated.
