短切碳纤维增强的PMR型聚酰亚胺复合材料的合成与性能研究

【摘要】 采用分子组合技术,通过调节柔性芳基醚链段和刚性—C6H4—链段分子得到性能优良的PMR型聚酰亚胺基体树脂材料,将短切碳纤维与此种PMR型聚酰亚胺基体树脂通过湿法混合工艺得到聚酰亚胺复合材料模塑粉,采用热模压一次成型技术制备短切碳纤维增强聚酰亚胺复合材料,并对其性能进行系统的研究。研究结果表明由短切碳纤维增强的该PMR型聚酰亚胺复合材料具有良好的加工性能、良好的综合力学性能和突出的冲击韧性,其玻璃化转变温度和热分解温度高于PMR-15聚酰亚胺复合材料,实验表明该复合材料具有良好的耐热稳定性和耐热氧化稳定性。
【Abstract】 Improved PMR type polyimide matrix resin was synthesized by incorporating flexible ether-bridged segment into polyimide matrix resin, which was employed to impregnate short carbon fibers to yield molding compound. The short carbon fiber-reinforced polyimide composites were prepared by thermal curing the molding compounds. Experimental results indicated that the short carbon fiber-reinforced PMR-type polyimide composites have superior processibility and balanced mechanical properties. The glass transition temperature and decomposition temperature are higher than that of the corresponding PMR-15 composites. Good thermal and thermo-oxidative stability were also observed.
