全植物纤维复合材料——Ⅰ.剑麻纤维自增强复合材料的制备与力学性能研究

【摘要】 利用辛基化反应,将剑麻纤维表面塑化,尽可能保留剑麻纤维内部的纤维结构,制备出具有良好韧性的剑麻基自增强纤维复合材料,充分展示了纤维自增强的效果。本文对剑麻纤维的苄基化反应条件进行了详细的研究,同时表征了材料的结构和苄基化剑麻自增强纤维复合材料的力学性能。
【Abstract】 Having been slightly benzylated, the surfaces of sisal fibers were provided with thermoplasticity. As a result, the skin of cells of sisal fibers was softened due to benzylation, and can start to flow and to mingle with each other under the joint action of pressure and heating. In the meantime, the cells core maintains its original structure and imparts reinforcing effect to the composites. In this case, no additional resin is required to play the role of matrix and the yielded composites belong to the category of self reinforced materials. Mechanical testing indicated that these self-reinforced composites possess moderate mechanical properties.
