有鳞目动物显微皮纹学研究进展
Recent advance on the microdermatoglyphics of squamata reptiles

【摘要】 本文简要介绍了近年来国内外对有鳞目动物皮肤扫描电镜研究的动态。研究表明由于鳞片表皮结构特征在高级分类阶元中具有保守性,因而可以提供有用的系统演化信息。至少某些表皮特征,如微饰类型反映了系统联系而非生态适应。大多数蜥蜴类动物科的代表种的鳞片表面结构特征已有描述。鳞片显微结构在蝰科动物种属关系的研究中具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Recently, the impressive amount of variation on the scale surface of the Squamata has been discovered with the scanning electron microscopy. Characteristics of the epidermis provide valuable phylogenetic information because they are often relatively conservative at high taxonomic levels. At least some epidermal features,such as miroornamentation patterns, reflect phylogenetic relationships rather than ecological specialization. The scale surfaces of representative species from most lizards families have been described. The ultrastructure of scale surfaces of Viperidae has been proved be a useful taxonomic tool.
