【摘要】 在本研究中,从外部形态、体型指标和产油量等方面对成体野生和圈养东北林蛙进行比较研究,以初步探索人工养殖条件对东北林蛙形态特征及生产性能的影响。结果显示:圈养林蛙体表背部有黑斑的比例极显著(P<0.01)地较野生的减少; 圈养雌性林蛙较野生雌性林蛙体长减小、后肢缩短、重长比增加、产油量升高(P< 0.01);圈养条件提高了雌性成蛙的产油量与体长的相关系数(P<0.01),降低了产油量与肥满度的相关系数(P<0.01);圈养条件提高了雌性林蛙体重与体长、体长与后肢长的相关系数(P<0.01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,morphological characteristics,body type indexes and production performance were studied between Dongbei brown frogs in wild and in captivity to evaluate the production way of pen rearing in brown frog. The results were showed as follows: the rate of forest frog with dark spots on the back of pen fed frogs decreased significantly (P<0. 01) compared with the wilds; compared with wild female frogs, the pen fed females was shorter in body length (BL) (P<0. 01),shorter in hind leg length (HLL) (P<0. 01),but bigger in body weight (BW) (P<0. 01),higher in relative fatness (RF) (P<0. 01),higher in body weight/body length index (WLI) (P<0. 01) and higher in the yield of Oviductus Ranae (YOR) (P<0. 01)(the correlation coefficient between BL and YOR in pen rearing female frogs was significantly (P<0. 01) increased,compared with that of the wild females;in addition, the correlation coefficients between BW and BL,BL and HLL in pen fed female frogs were significantly (P<0. 01) increased.更多还原
