重金属铬离子对两种无尾两栖类蝌蚪的急性毒性影响
The acute toxicity of heavy metal Cr6+ to the tadpoles of two anuran species

【摘要】 本文采用静态换水式的急性毒性试验方法,将重金属铬离子(Cr6+)按等对数间距设置9个浓度,研究了对黑眶蟾蜍Bufo melanostictus蝌蚪和沼水蛙Hylarana guentheri蝌蚪的急性毒性影响。结果表明,Cr6+对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪的24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h的半致死浓度(LD50)分别为121.57 mg·L-1、86.42 mg·L-1、77.14mg·L-1和67.23 mg·L-1,LD50变化与时间之间的线性关系不明显;对沼水蛙蝌蚪的24 h LD50、48 h LD50分别为39.09 mg·L-1、25.20 mg·L-1、13.81 mg ·L-1和6.92 mg·L-1,LD50变化与时间之间呈极显著的线性关系。
【Abstract】 In this paper, tadpoles of two species Bufo melanostictus and Hylarana guentheri exposed to heavy metal Cr6+ by static-renewal acute toxicity tests were studied. Following range-finding tests,nine concentrations of heavy metal Cr6+ were determined using equal logarithmic basis. The results showed that the 24 h,48 h, 72 h and 96 h LD50 values to Bufo melanostictus tadpoles were 121. 57 mg@ L-1, 86. 42 mg·L-1, 77. 14 mg·L-1 and 67. 23 mg·L-1, respectively. There was an extremely weak linear correlation between LD50 value and exposed time. The 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h LD50 values to Hylarana guentheri tadpoles were 39. 09 mg·L-1, 25. 20 mg·L-1, 13. 81 mg·L-1 and 6. 92 mg·L-1, respectively. There was a strong linear correlation between LD50 value and exposed time.
