【摘要】 鳄蜥是我国一级保护动物,已列入CITES附录Ⅱ。几年来,我们采用光镜、B超和解剖等技术对鳄蜥的胚胎学进行系统的研究(包括胚前发育、胚胎发育和胚后发育)。我们观察描述鳄蜥的胚前发育:精巢和卵巢的形态特征;将胚胎发育主要分为4个时期:卵裂期、原肠脊索与体腔中胚层形成期、胎膜形成期和器官发生期;测量由7只孕蜥产下的37只幼蜥,观察其胚后发育的情况。研究目的是为开展人工繁殖技术,保护拯救这一濒危的动物提供有力的科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China Shinisaurus crocodilurus is one of rare and first-class protected animals, which has been listed on Appendix Ⅱ of CITES. In recent years, we have systemically researched the embryology of Shinisaurus crocodilurus (including pre-embryonic development、 embryonic development and post-embryonic development) by means of light-microscope, supersonic and dissecting. We observed and described the feature of testis and ovary;and divided the embryonic development into four main stages:Cleavage,the formation of archenteron notochord and coelomic mesoderm,the formation of embryonic membranes and the organo-genesis;measured thirty-seven juveniles when they was born by seven females and observed their development. Our study can help to carry out the captive-breeding programs and give some reference in protecting the endangered animal.更多还原
