【摘要】 雌性蛋白包括卵黄蛋白和卵黄蛋白原,是卵生类动物早期生命阶段中主要的营养物质来源。对雌性蛋白进行免疫特性研究,可以探询雌性蛋白在对虾体内的存在部位和存在方式。本文利用免疫组织化学方法对中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)卵巢及肝胰腺进行了研究,表明对虾体内的外源性卵黄蛋白原产生于肝胰腺,经血淋巴、卵泡细胞的转运,最终被卵巢吸收;利用中国对虾雌性蛋白的免疫扩散反应,表明了属以上的物种之间不具有雌性蛋白的免疫特性更多还原

【Abstract】 Female specific proteins, containing vitellin (Vn) and vitellogenin (Vg), are main nutrition resource in early stage of life for oviparous animals. The existing location and way of female specific protein can be inquired by research on immunological characteristic. In this paper a way can be proved by method of immunological histology that the exovarious vitellogenin of prawn is produced in the hepatopancreas and transported by hemolymph and follicle cell, processed to be vitellogenin in the ovary.
