凡纳滨对虾对维生素B2、B6的营养需求研究

【摘要】 实验用凡纳滨对虾在25—28℃、pH值8.0±0.1、盐度3‰的养殖水体中饲喂含不同水平的维生素B2、B6人工饵料,养殖28 d后,对其生长指标(增长率、增重率和存活率)和生理指标(活性氧、谷丙转氨酶、蛋白质含量)进行了测定。对生长指标的测定结果显示,添加维生素B2 160 mg/kg和添加维生素B680-160 mg/ kg的试验组对虾增长率和增重率均有显著的提高。对生理指标的测定结果表明,添加维生素B2 160 mg/kg的虾体内的物质和能量代谢明显加快;添加维生素B6 80 mg/kg、160 mg/kg,肌肉中GPT比活力和蛋白质含量均有较为显著的提高。因此,在本实验条件下,凡纳滨对虾对维生素B2、B6的需求量分别为160 mg/kg饵料和80- 160 mg/kg饵料
【Abstract】 The juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei were cultured in 3 ‰ salinity water for 28 days, fed on diets formulated using different dose of riboflavin or pyridoxine. Results indicated that the shrimps fed 160 mg/kg riboflavin or pyridoxine diet had the highest weight and body length gain, survival rate, but lowest reactive oxygen species (ROS) in muscle tissue. Activity of glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) increased significantly at 80 - 160 mgAg dose of pyridoxine, and had no change fed on riboflavin diet. The shrimps fed on 80 - 160 mg/kg of riboflavin or pyridoxine had highest content of protein. According to the experiment, the nutritional requirements for riboflavin and pyridoxine of Litopenaeus vannamei are 160 mg/kg and 80-160 mg/kg, respectively
