异痂蝗属种间系统发育关系的支序分析(直翅目:斑翅蝗科)
Phylogenetic relationships among Bryodemella species (Orthoptera: Oedipodidae) based on a cladistic analysis

【摘要】 为阐明异痂蝗属Bryodemella种间系统发育关系并回答该属是否为单系的问题,本文在研究外部形态结构的基础上选择了34个不同性状对异痂蝗属所有8种进行了支序分析,结果只产生1棵步长为55、一致性指数和保留指数均为0.80的最简约树。结果表明异痂蝗属为一单系起源属,其种间系统发育关系可描述为:(红胫异痂蝗B.diamesum,西藏异痂蝗B.sizangensis)((甘肃异痂蝗B.gansuensis(新疆异痂蝗B.xinjiangensis,小异痂蝗B.elegans))(黑股异痂蝗B.nigrifemura(黄胫异痂蝗B.holdereri,轮纹异痂蝗B.tuberculatum)))。研究标本均保存于河北大学博物馆。
【Abstract】 In order to elucidate the phylogenetic relationships of genus Bryodemella and answer such question as whether Bryodemella is a monophyletic genus, all 8 species of this genus were dealt with and a cladistic analysis is performed using thirty-four characters from external morphology in this paper. The result yielded only one most parsimonious tree of 55 steps, both consistency index and retention index of 0.80, indicating that the Bryodemella is a monophyletic genus, the phylogenetic relationships among species of Bryodemella can be denoted as: ( B. diamesum, B. xizangensis ) ( (B.gansuensis (B. xinjiangensis , B.elegans)) (B. nigrifemura (B . holdereri, B. tuberculatum))). All examined specimens are deposited in the Museum of Hebei University, China
