中华稻蝗前后肠内壁齿的扫描电镜观察

【摘要】 本文采用扫描电镜观察了中华稻蝗消化道内壁齿的分布和结构,发现食道的两端有稀少的齿,而嗉囊ZⅡ和ZⅢ区齿粗和长,并且分布在脊的顶端,纵行排列,该区的齿较为密集。前胃内壁的齿分布在每列纵行脊有规律的凸起部的后端,每个凸起部位有1-2个齿。在6个Y形贲门瓣的凸起部分有齿,分布密集。前肠的齿主要为单生齿,后肠的齿主要分布在幽门瓣和结肠部分,而且较前肠的小和少,并且主要是丛生齿,每丛2—8 个齿。结肠上齿的分布规律是,由前向后齿逐渐增大和增多
【Abstract】 This article mainly deals with the teeth’s morphological characters of Oxya chinensis’ inner alimentary canal, which are observed through scanning electron microscope. The results are as follows: there are fewer teeth in both ends of esophagus, but dense teeth, thicker and longer, are found in the areas of crop ZII and crop ZIII, where they are longitudinally arranged at the peak of the ridge; proventriculus’s inner teeth are distributed at the back end of every file of regularly-protruding longitudinal ridges, with one or two teeth in each protrusion; six Y-shape stomodaeal valves have small and densely-arranged teeth; fcregut teeth are single-teeth, while proctodaeum teeth are tufted-teeth, fewer and smaller than the foregut ones, with from two to eight teeth in each tuft; distributive pattern of colon teeth is that those teeth get bigger in size and more in number gradually from the front to back
