化学物质对卤虫产卵量和产仔数的影响
Effects of some chemicals on cyst and offspring production of the brine shrimp Artemia

【摘要】 研究了碳酸铵、氯化铵、尿素、氨水和柠檬酸铁对中华卤虫(Artemia sinica)产卵总数和产仔总数的影响。结果表明,氯化铵、尿素和柠檬酸铁对中华卤虫产仔总数没有显著影响,而碳酸铵和氨水对中华卤虫产仔总数具有极显著影响。碳酸铵和氯化铵对中华卤虫产卵总数没有显著影响,但柠檬酸铁、尿素和氨水对中华卤虫产卵总数具有极显著影响,分别比对照提高2.31倍、3.09倍和3.55倍。对由柠檬酸铁刺激条件下产生的卤虫卵进行了冷冻处理以打破休眠,结果表明,经过7周冷冻处理,该卵的孵化率达到91.6%。说明柠檬酸铁在显著提高卤虫产卵量的同时,对卤虫卵的质量并无不利影响
【Abstract】 Effects of Ammonium carbonate, Ammonium chloride, Urea, Ammonia solution and Ferric citrate on the reproduction of Artemia sinica were studied. The results show that Ammonium carbonate and Ammonia solution significantly affect the offspring production, but other chemicals do not significantly affect the offspring production. Ferric citrate, Urea and Ammonia solution can significantly increase cyst production by 231% , 309% and 355% , respectively. The cysts produced under the conditions with Ferric citrate were treated. After 7 weeks freezing, the hatching rate of these cysts reached 91.6% , indicating that the Ferric citrate does not affect the hatching rate of the cysts
