【Abstract】 《Convention on Biological Diversity》 was made on the condition when the biological diversity intensifiedly lost its circles of both technology and economy. The biological diversity concerns human beings so that it must be restricted by the laws . To the present day there have been many laws and decrees of nations regions and international which have laid a reliable groundwork for the carrying out of the treaty.
