鲇、乌鳢和大口黑鲈消化道粘膜中内分泌细胞的定位及比较

【摘要】 应用过氧化物酶标记的链霉亲和素免疫细胞化学方法,使用4种哺乳动物抗血清,对鲇、乌鳢和大口黑鲈消化道粘膜中的几种内分泌细胞进行鉴别、定位和比较.结果这3种有胃真骨鱼消化道粘膜中均未见到胰高血糖素和生长抑素免疫活性内分泌细胞阳性反应.胃泌素免疫活性内分泌细胞大多存在于乌鳢的胃中,其余2种鱼的消化道中均未见到该种细胞.5-HT免疫活性内分泌细胞在这3种鱼的消化道中均有不同程度的分布.在大口黑鲈胃上皮及后肠上皮中有分布,胃中的分布密度较大;乌鳢在胃底、幽门和肠中分布最多:鲇的前肠中有丰富的5-HT免疫活性内分泌细胞,而胃中则未见到.3种鱼食道中均未见到任何一类免疫活性内分泌细胞.位于胃肠中的各种免疫活性内分泌细胞的胞体较长,同时具有较长的相对发出的顶端和基底部胞突,分别伸向胃肠腔和基膜.乌鳢胃中的胃泌素内分泌细胞的胞体和胞突均较短且形态各异.

【Abstract】 Employing immunocytochemical method of streptavidin labelled peroxidase and using 4 kinds antisera raised against mammalian hormones, some endocrine cells in the digestive tract mucosa of largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides), northern snakehead (Channa argus) and oriental sheatfish (Silurus asotus) were identified, located and compared. Results showed that the positive reaction of glucagon and somatostatin immunoreactive endocrine cells were not found in any part of digestive tract of the 3 species of stomach-containing teleosts. Gastrin immunoreative endocrine cells existed mostly in the stomach of C. argus, and wrer not found in the digestive tract of other 2 kinds of fish. 5-HT immunoreactive endocrine cells were found locating in different part of digestive tract of the 3 species. They distributed in the epithelium of stomach and hindgut of M. salmoides, the distribution density was relatively deep in the stomach; they were most in the gastric fundus, pylorus and intes-tine of C. argus. A great number of 5-HT immunoreactive endocrine cells existed in the foregut of 5. asotus, but were not found in the stomach. Any immunoreactive endocrine cells were not seen in the oesophagus of the 3 species. The cell body of immunoreactive endocrine cells in the stomach and intestine were quite long, and there were stretched top and base cy-toplasmic processes oppositely, extending to the lumen of stomach and intestine and the basement membrane respectively. The cell body and cytoplasmic process of gastrin immunoreactive endocrine cells in the stomach of C. argus were relatively short and their shape was different.
