番鸭精液中谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性的比较分析
THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE ACTIVITY OF GLUTAMIC OXALOACETIC TRANSAMINASE (GOT) IN SEMEN OF MUSCOVY DUCK (CAIRINA MOSCHATA)

【摘要】 研究在不同的置放时间和不同的温度条件下,分别用人工授精稀释液(SD-6)以及鸟类生理盐水稀释处理番鸭精液后,其精子和精清中GOT活性的变化.结果发现经人工授精稀释液处理后的精液,其精子与精清中GOT的活性比用鸟类生理盐水稀释处理的精液中的精子与精清中GOT的活性要低的多.显然稀释液对番鸭的精子有保护作用,而且可能对精子中有关能量的酶反应体系有抑制作用.另外人工授精的受精率与GOT的活性呈明显的负相关性,这表明在番鸭的人工授精中亦可用精清中GOT的释放量作为鉴别稀释液的一种指标.
【Abstract】 The paper studied on the change of the activity of GOT in spermatozoa and in the seminal plasma of Muscovy duck’s semen, which was diluted respectively by artificial insemination diluent (SD-6) and by bird’s physiological saline, under the different time and tempera-ture. The results showed that the activity of GOT both in spermatozoa and in the seminal plasma of semen diluted by artificial insemination diluent was much lower than by bird’s physiological saline. The artificial insemination diluent had obviously protection to spermatozoa, and might perhaps have inhibition to enzyme reaction system of energy concerned. Moreover, the fetility rate by artificial insemination was negative relative property to the activity of GOT. It showed that the releasing volume of GOT in the seminal plasma could be acted as an index distinguishing diluent in the process of artificial insemination to muscovy duck.
