热休克反应中小白鼠肾脏HSP70表达和乳酸脱氢酶同工酶变化的初步研究

【摘要】 用免疫组织化学和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法研究了小白鼠肾脏在热休克(46℃,30分钟)恢复期(4小时和12小时)HSP70的表达和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶的变化.结果表明:(1)HSP70主要定位于肾小管上皮细胞的细胞质中,核呈阴性反应;(2)HSP70免疫阳性反应在肾小管较肾小球强,肾髓质较肾皮质强;(3)热休克诱导小白鼠肾脏LDH同工酶活性增强.提示:热休克反应中LDH同工酶的变化可能对维持细胞正常生理功能起重要作用.
【Abstract】 The immunochemical methods and the PAGE was used to analyze the expression of the HSP70 and changes of the lactate dehydrogenas (LDH) isozyme of mouse kidney during the recovery period of heat shock (46°C , 30min) . The rsults showed that: (1) The HSP70 pos-tive immunoreactivity was localized in the renal tubule epithelial cell cytoplasm,while its nucleus was negative; (2) The HSP70 postive immunoreactivity of the renal tubule was stronger than that of the renal corpuscle, and the HSP70 postive immunoreactivity of the renal medulla was stronger than that of the renal cortex; (3)Heat shock induced increase in the activities of the LDH isozyme in the kidney. The results suggested that LDH isozyme may play an important role in maintaining the normal physiological function of the cells in the heat shock responses.
