【摘要】 应用生化分析方法测试七彩山鸡一些生理生化指标,结果表明:七彩山鸡红细胞数量、血红蛋白含量、血糖、α-球蛋白分别比京白鸡高6.86%(P<0.05),25.21%(P<0.01)、26.45%(尸<O.01)和65.54%(P<O.01);而血清总脂、胆固醇则分别低20.16%(P<0.01)和26.23%(P<0.01).七彩山鸡血清乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶、谷雨转氨酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶活性分别比京白鸡高31.54%(P<0.01)、136.98%(P<0.01)、23.19%(P<O.05)和20.39%(P<O.05),而碱性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶活性和血清钙含量则分别低39.67%(P<0.01)、60.11%(P<0.01)和25.44%(P<0.01).更多还原

【Abstract】 We choose 16 phasianus colchicuses (male:female=1:1) which are bred by people and analyze their some physiological and biochemical index, and compared with 16 egg-laying Jingbai hens (male:female=1:1). The results indicated:1. The quantity of RBC, PCV, contents of Hb, MCV and MCH of phasianus colchicus are higher 6. 86% (P<0.05), 18.56% (P<0. 05), 25.21% (P<0.01), 10.95% (P< 0. 05) and 17. 07% (P<0. 01), respectively, than Jingbai hens. The quantity of WBC, PCV and contents of Hb of male phasianus colchicus are higher 10. 67% (P<0. 05), 8.97% (P< 0.05) and 13. 75% (P<0.05), respectively, than female phasianus colchicus.2. The contents of GLU, HDL, SUN and γ-globulin in the blood of phasianus colchicus are higher 26.45% (P<0.01), 17.44% (P<0.05), 35.18% (P<0.05) and 65.546% (P<0.01), respectively, than these in the blood of Jingbai hens, but the contents of serumtotal lipid, TRIG, CHO, TP and ALB lower 20.16% (P<0.01), 19.44% (P<0. 05), 26. 23% (P<0. 01), 16. 25% (P<0. 05) and 18. 87% (P<0. 05) receptively, than these in Jingbai hens. Blood sugar, CHO, HDL, α-globulin of male phasianus colchicus are higher 15.47% (P<0. 05), 72.73% (P<0. 01), 25.71% (P<0.01) and 13.87% (P<0. 05), respectively, than these of female .3. The activities of LDH, GOT, GPT, β-HBD in serum of phasianus colchicus are higher 31. 54% (P<0. 01), 136. 98% (P<0. 01), 23.19% (P<0. 05) and 20. 39% (P<0. 05), respectively, than these of Jingbai hens, but the activity of AKP, α-GT and the content of Ca decreased 39.67% (P<0.01), 60.11% (P<0. 01) and 25.44% (P<0. 01), respectively. The activities of AKP and Y-GT of male phasianus colchicus are higher 50.88% (P< 0. 01) and 20. 12% (P<0. 05), respectively, than these of female, but the activities of LDH and CK and the contents of Ca, P, Mg, decreased 51.58% (P<0.01), 29.59% (P< 0.05), 11.11% (P<0.01), 11.35% (P<0. 05) and 14. 14% (P<0.01), respectively.These results suggested; the phasianus colchicus breeding is easier than domestic poultry, phasianus colchicus has extensive adaptability, strong disease resistance and high feed conversion efficiency.更多还原
