外源激素对长角血蜱若虫蜕化期和存活力的影响
EFFECTS OF EXOGENOUS HORMONES ON THE NYMPHAL MOLTING PEROID AND VIABILITY OF HAEMAPHYSALIS LONGICORNIS NEUMANN (ACARI: IXODIDAE)

【摘要】 在若虫饱血后2天(2-PE)、7天(7-PE)和10天(10-PE)局部施用蜕皮激素(20-E),对若虫蜕化期和存活力有影响.饱血后2天处理,剂量1μg、5μg和10μg明显缩短若虫蜕化期,低剂量500ng对蜕化期无影响;饱血后7天处理,剂量500μg和1μg缩短若虫蜕化期,剂量5μg对蜕化期无影响;饱血后10天处理,所有剂量均不能缩短若虫蜕化期,剂量1μg反而使蜕化期延长.随着剂量增加,若虫死亡率上升,剂量10μg(7-PE和10-PE)处理导致所有个体死亡.剂量1μg 20-E处理后2天(2-PE)再用5μg JH Ⅲ处理可缩短若虫蜕化期,表明JH Ⅲ不能逆转20-E的作用.在若虫饱血后2天、7天和10天局部施用保幼激素(JH Ⅲ),剂量1μg、5μg和10μg,对若虫蜕化期和存活力有影响.饱血后2天处理,所有剂量均能延长若虫蜕化期;饱血后7天和10天处理,对若虫蜕化期无影响.随着剂量增加(1μg~10μg),若虫死亡率上升.剂量5μg JH Ⅲ(2-PE)处理后2天再用1μg 20-E处理,对若虫蜕化期无影响,表明20-E可逆转JH Ⅲ的作用.
【Abstract】 Topical application of exogenous ecdysteroid (20-E) on the 2rd (2-PE), 7th (7-PE) and 10th (10-PE) day after engorgement with doses of 500ng, 1μg, 5μg and 10μg affected nymphal molting peroids and viability. The lμg, 5μg and 10μg doses (2-PE) caused accelerated molting and the lower dose had no effect. The 500ng and 1μg doses (7-PE) also shortened nymphal molting period, but 5μg had no effect. The premoling period was not shortened by all doses (10-PE) . On the contrary, 1μg dose delayed the molting period (10-PE). Concomitant with the increase of dose, nymphal mortality rate rose in all groups. The dose 10μg (7-PE and 10-PE) caused 100% mortality. Two days later after the treatment of 20-E (1μg), topical application of JH Ⅲ (5μg) shortened nymphal molting period (2-PE) . This implied that JHⅢ could not reverse the effect of 20-E.Topical application of exogenous juvenile hormone (JHⅢ) at the same time after engorgement with doses of 1μg, 5μg and 10μg affected nymphal molting peroids and viability. The premolting periods were prolonged by all doses in nymphs of the 2-PE group, but was normal in those of the 7-PE and 10-PE groups. With the increase of doses (from 1μg to 10μg), the mortality rate rose in all groups. Two days after the treatment of JHⅢ (5μg), topical application of 20-E (1μg) had no effect on molting period (2-PE) . This implied that 20-E could reverse the effect of JHⅢ.
