大连湾牡蛎消化系统的组织学和组织化学研究

【摘要】 对大连湾牡蛎消化系统进行了组织学和组织化学研究.其消化系统由消化道和消化腺组成.消化道粘膜上皮为单层柱状上皮,有柱状纤毛细胞、粘液细胞和颗粒状腺细胞三种细胞类型.消化腺为复管状腺,由消化细胞和嗜碱性细胞组成.组化研究表明:消化腺嗜碱性细胞富含蛋白质和RNA,消化细胞呈现蛋白酶、非特异性酯酶、脂酶及碱性磷酸酶活性.消化道粘膜上皮中酶的活性低于消化腺.

【Abstract】 Histology and histochemistry of the digestive system of Ostrea talienwhanensis Crosse were worked in the experiment. The digestive system of O. talienwhanensis consists of digestive tract and digestive gland. The mucosa epithelium of the digestive tract is made up of three kinds of cells: ciliated columnar cells, mucous cells and granular gland cells. The digestive gland is a compound tubular gland having, two kinds of cells: digestive cells and ba-sophilic cells. The basophilic cells contains abundant protein and RNA,and show proteinase, non-specific esterase activity. The digestive cells show proteinase, non-specific esterase, li-pase and alkaline phosphatase activity. The activity of the enzymes in the digestive tract is weaker than that in the digestive gland.
