性激素对雌雄大仓鼠行为关系的影响

【摘要】 通过对不同性激素水平的雌雄大仓鼠相遇时的行为观察表明:阉割雌鼠与雄鼠相遇无性行为,攻击行为较多;动情的雌鼠与雄鼠相遇,表现出性行为和较少的攻击行为,而非动情时,无性行为,表现出较多的攻击行为;卵巢切除又植入外源雌二醇的雌鼠,都表现出性行为,攻击行为很少;说明雌二醇促进了雌鼠的性行为,抑制了攻击行为.正常雄鼠与动情雌鼠相遇,出现性行为,与非动情雌鼠不发生性行为;阉割雄鼠与动情雌鼠相遇,约半数雄鼠出现性行为,全部雌鼠表现出性行为;阉割又植入外源睾酮的雄鼠与动情雌鼠相遇,全部雄鼠和雌鼠表现出性行为;说明雄鼠的性行为的表现受到睾酮,性经验和雌鼠接受状况的影响.

【Abstract】 We investigated behavioral interactions between male and female ratlike hamsters (Cricetulus triton) which differed in testosterone level of males and estridiol level of females. When encountering a male, Ovariectomized females had more agonistic acts, no sexual behavior, estrous females all had sexual behavior, less agnostic acts, while disestrous females had more agnostic acts and no sexual behavior; Ovariectomized females treated with estridiol all had sexual behavior and less agnostic acts. The above results indicated that estridiol stimulated female sexual behavior and decreased agnostic acts.Males displayed sexual behavior when encountering a estrous female, no sexual behavior when encountering a disestrous female; In encounters between castrated males and estrous females, about a half of castrated males showed sexual behavior, and all estrous females sexual behavior. In encounters between castrated males treated with testosterone and estrous females , both males and females performed sexual behavior. These results evidenced that male sexual behavior was affected by their testosterone level, sex experience and reproductive status of female opponents.
