棉田、玉米田棉铃虫成虫的繁殖状况
REPRODUCTIVE CONDITIONS OF ADULTS OF THE COTTON BOLLWORM, HELICOVERPA ARMIGERA HUBNER (LEPIDOPTERA: NOCTUIDAE)

【摘要】 应用黑光灯作为诱集工具,本文报道了棉田和玉米田棉铃虫成虫的繁殖状况,以及成虫繁殖状况与寄主作物生育期、成虫活动之间的关系.结果表明,不同作物上不同世代成虫的繁殖状况有较大差异.各代成虫发生期雌雄性比棉田均高于玉米田;1代成虫发生期交配雌蛾比例及雌蛾交配次数棉田高于玉米田,而3代成虫发生期玉米田高于棉田;整个诱集期内雌蛾平均交配次数玉米田高于棉田,玉米田为1.02次,棉田为0.95次;交配雌蛾比例一般在蛾峰后4天左右达到最大,但8月20日左右玉米田交配雌蛾比例异常地高.棉田和玉米田诱集雌蛾按交配次数的频次分布依次为:1次(42%~45%)、0次(33%~34%)、2次(15%).另外,雌蛾肥瘦状况、卵巢发育级别和交配次数之间存在明显的相关关系.
【Abstract】 Adult reproductive conditions in relation to host plants’ phenology and adult activities were reported in this paper based on catches by blacklight traps. It was found that great differences in reproductive conditions existed between adults of different generations on different host plants. Ratio of female to male was constantly higher in catches of cotton fields than of corn fields. During adult occurrence of the first generation, ratio of mated females and female mating times were higher in cotton fields than in corn fields, but it was the contrary during adult occurrence of the third generation. Over the whole trapping period, females in corn fields mated 1. 02 times on the average, while in cotton fields, 0. 95 times. Ratio of mated females reached the highest about 4 d after peak moth catches, but it was unusually high on 20 August in corn fields. Based on mating times, females trapped in cotton and corn fields ranked as: 1 times (42%-25%), 0 times (33%-34%), 2 times (15%),Further, significant relationship was found between female fat content, ovarian development grade and number of mating times.
