光照对萼花臂尾轮虫休眠卵形成的影响

【摘要】 应用种群累积培养法,研究了光照周期和强度对萼花臂尾轮虫休眠卵形成的影响.结果表明,光照周期L:D为24:0或0:24时轮虫休眠卵的产量和产率显著高于光照周期L:D为14:10时,光照周期L:D为24:0时轮虫的混交雌体百分率显著高于光照周期L:D为0:24时,而光照周期L:D为14:10时轮虫的混交雌体百分率与光照周期L:D为24:0或0:24时无显著差异;光照周期对轮虫混交雌体受精率无显著的影响.光照强度对轮虫休眠卵的产量和产率、混交雌体百分率和受精率皆无显著的影响.本文还就提高轮虫休眠卵产率的途径进行了探讨.

【Abstract】 The effects of intensity and period of illumination on the formation of resting eggs of freshwater rotifer, Brachionus calyciflorus, obtained by hatching its resting eggs in sediment of Lake Donghu and culturing clonally in March, 1997, were studied by using population accumulative culture method, under the temperature (25±1)°C, and with the algae Scenedesmus obliquus at the concentration of 6. 0×106cells/ml as the rotifer’s food. The results showed that with the photoperiod L:D = 24:0 or L: 0 = 0:24, the population densities of the rotifer remain increasing until they reach their peaks at the eighth or seventh day; but with the photoperiod L:D = 14:10,two peaks of the population density appear during the culture period of 10 days, regardless of the intensity of illumination; and the intensity of illumination bigger, the appearance of the peaks earlier. Under the conditions of illumination period L:D=24 : 0 and L:D = 0:24, the production and productive efficiencies of resting eggs were significantly bigger than that of illumination period L:D=14:10. The mixis rate of the rotiferunder the photoperiod L:D = 24:0 was significantly bigger than that of L:D = 0:24,and there were no significant difference between either of them and that of L:D=14:10. The photoperiod has no significant effect on the fertilization rate of the rotifer. The intensity of illumination had also no significant effect on the production and productive efficiency of the resting eggs, the mixis and fertilization rate. The methods for increasing the productive efficiency of the resting eggs were also discussed.
