【摘要】 本研究自1997年3月起,1998年5月止、对不同浓度2,3,7,8-TCDD暴露下的稀有鮈鲫的肝脏进行透射电子显微镜观察,发现其肝细胞有明显改变,细胞内线粒体被毁,其嵴脱落呈空泡化,内质网断裂、片段化,多数细胞器丢失,细胞内充满脂滴,细胞核偏离细胞中心,核变形、崩解等,而且这些病理变化与2,3,7,8-TCDD的暴露浓度呈正相关.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the liver of Gobiocypris rarus was exposed in different doses of 2, 3, 7, 8-TCDD, the ultrastructural alterations were examined with transmission electron microscope. The results indicate that low doses of 2, 3, 7, 8-TCDD can cause developmental malformation and liver damage of Gobiocypris rarus. The pathological alteration of hepatocytes-of Gobiocypris rarus can be used as a bioindicator for 2, 3, 7, 8-TCDD toxicity.更多还原
