中国对虾和日本对虾身体不同部位生长的研究
GROWTH RATE OF DIFFERENT PARTS FROM PENAEUS CHINENSIS AND P. JAPONICUS

【摘要】 1996年4~9月,在面积2.0 hm~2和1.4hm~2两口池塘中分别放养了中国对虾Penaesuchinensis和日本对虾P.japonicus,定期采样测定身体不同部位的生长速度.结果发现,不同规格对虾身体不同部位生长速度由高至低为:全长1.0~4.0 cm时,腹部>头胸甲>额角;5.0~8.0cm时,额角>头胸甲>腹部;9.0~10cm时,额角>腹部>头胸甲;全长>10,ocm时,均减慢.电境观察表明,全长 3.0cm以下对虾第二步足大螫上的感觉刚毛细而短,零星分散分布,两指内缘间隙大.随着生长(体长>4.ocm),螫上感觉刚毛增长,致密,呈束分布,两指节缘间隙小,其上的刚毛排列紧密.对虾身体不同部位的异速生长与各器官结构和功能完善的顺序有关.
【Abstract】 Growth rates of different parts from various sizes of Penaeus chinensis and P. japonicus were measured in two seawater ponds with surface areas of 2.0 ha and 1. 4 ha from April to September 1996. The measurements and electronic microscopy revealed that growth range of different parts from various sizes of the two shrimps varied in ascending order as follows: at body length of 1.0-4.0 cm abdomen length >cephalothorax length >rostrum length; at body length of 5. 0-8.0 cm rostrum length >cephalothorax length >in abdomen length; at body length of 9. 0-10. 0 cm rostrum length>abdomen length >cephalothorax length; for the shrimp with body length over 10 cm, all parts increased slowly. Setae on chela from the second walking legs of Penaeus chinensis with body length of <3. 0 cm are thin and short and distributed sparsely. For the shrimp with body length of over 4. 0 cm, however, setae on the same regions are bundles and long and distributed densely. The role of allometry of different body parts from the shrimps in survival competition was discussed.
