褶皱臂尾轮虫组织细胞超微结构的观察
STUDY ON THE ULTRASTRUCTURE OF THE TISSUE CELLS OF BRACHIUM PLICATILIS

【摘要】 在褶皱臂尾轮虫体壁下皮层(含胞体)的线粒体形状为椭圆形、哑铃形和豆形.肌肉组织呈散漫排列的单独的肌肉束.肌原纤维节排列呈斜纹,暗带和明带相间排列.纤毛横切面呈现出由微管柬形成的9+2的结构.
【Abstract】 The types of the Shapes of Mitochondrin are oval-shaped, bean-shaped and bell-shaped in the syncytium of Brachionus plicatilis. The muscle tissues arrarge scatteredly. The dense band and the light band arrange alternatively, The Cilia is made up of 9 + 2 microtubes.
