石油烃分散液对马粪海胆体液中抗氧化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 为了研究石油污染对海洋底栖环境生物的影响,本文选取海洋底栖环境中比较常见的无脊椎动物重要的经济品种马粪海胆(Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus)作为试验生物,采用生态毒理学和生物化学技术,研究了0号柴油分散液对它的毒性效应。将马粪海胆分别置于含有低(5mg/L)、中(20 mg/L)、高(50 mg/L)3种浓度的0号柴油水溶性成分的海水中,在污染后的第1,5,9,13d采样,13d后转入清洁海水中进行11d的恢复试验,采样,测定海胆体液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)的活性变化。结果表明,随着暴露时间的延长,SOD、CAT和GST的活性首先被诱导,随后受到抑制,并存在一定的剂量—效应关系,可作为监测海洋石油污染的生物标志物;解除污染后,SOD、CAT和GST的活性恢复到对照组水平。
【Abstract】 In order to searching for oil pollution biomarkers in marine benthic ecosystem,the toxicological effect of water-accommodated fractions (WAFs) in No.0 diesel oil on sea urchin Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus was examined using the methods of eco-toxicology and biochemistry.Responses of antioxidase (superoxide dismutase,SOD;catalase,CAT and glutathione S-transferase,GST) in body fluid to WAFs were tested.In experimented condition, sea urchins were exposed to different concentrations of WAFs (5,20,50 mg/L) for 13d,and then transferred into clean sea water for 11 d restoring experiment.The results showed that with the prolonged exposure,SOD and CAT activity are induced first,and then reduce gradually.The dose-effect relationship occurres in 15d sample.The SOD and CAT activity of all concentration groups are recovered to the corresponding control level after recovery experiment.According to the data,SOD,CAT and GST of could be a biomarker to monitor marine oil pollution.
