江苏沿江主要饮用水源水有机污染的遗传毒性

【摘要】 本文采用人外周血淋巴细胞彗星试验,检测了江苏沿江主要城市饮用水源水有机浓集物的遗传毒性。结果表明,各水样浓集物均能引起不同程度的DNA损伤,与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。以100mL/管剂量组进行多重比较发现,不同水厂源水间的遗传毒性存在较大差异,试验结果与有关研究报道基本一致,证实了彗星试验作为一种快速、灵敏的遗传毒性检测方法,能有效检测饮用水源有机浓集物的遗传毒性。
【Abstract】 The toxic potentials of organic pollutants in drinking water source of waterworks from Yangtze River in Jiangsu were investigated with the comet assay in this paper. The results showed that DNA damages in human peripheral blood lymphocytes were induced after exposure to the organic extracts from all water samples,and the significant differences of DNA damage were shown between the sample groups and the solvent control groups and the genetic hazard existed,and the biggish differences of DNA damage were also shown between different drinking water sources by multiplex compare at the dose of 100mL/tube.The concordance between the results of the comet assay and some study reports was displayed well. The results of this study demonstrate that the comet assay can be successfully applied to the genotoxicity monitoring programs of drinking water source.
