【Abstract】 Public Participation is one of the most important components of Environmental Impact Assessment. On the basis of discussion on efficiency of Public Participation, the article puts forward that the principle factors to enforce the efficiency of public participation in environmental impact assessment are as follows: the enhance of environment protection publicity, the intensity of consciousness of public, the choice of the public in reason, the selection of participation time, the strengthen of EIA profession standard, the design of right process and the security of laws.更多还原
