根据线路故障随机性评估母线年度电压凹陷次数
Voltage Sags Frequency Assessment Based on the Randomicity of Transmission Line Fault

【摘要】 故障是产生电压凹陷的主要原因,现有评估方法基于主观假设不能很好反映实际,对样本依赖性强。从线路故障的客观随机分布规律入手,在样本较少的情况下找出故障的客观分布规律对评估年度凹陷次数有重要意义。影响线路故障分布的因素很多,很难精确判定。最大熵方法已被证明是最不依赖于主观假设的随机分析方法,基于该方法提出更客观的母线年度凹陷次数评估方法。以最大熵为目标函数,线路故障区间样本的统计矩为约束条件,通过最大熵模型求线路故障概率的数值解,用该概率值和线路平均故障率评估母线在给定电压耐受水平下的年度凹陷次数。对IEEE-30节点标准测试系统的仿真,证明了本文方法的准确性和适应性。
【Abstract】 Due to the problems of being difficult to calculate the stochastic laws of fault points influencing voltage sags in power system,a new stochastic method based on maximum entropy principle(MEP)to assess the frequency of voltage sags was proposed in this paper.On the terms of sampled data moment of fault intervals without subjective hypothesis,the method was to extract the objective probability distribution of line fault points and the frequency of voltage sags in the site of bus by maximizing the entropy. The new method was proposed including its application background,principle and implementation and had been applied to the IEEE 30-buses Reliability Test System with the results agreeing with more accuracy,adaptation and wide application compared with the traditional fault point method.
