变压器油的老化对介质损耗的影响及其寿命试验的研究

【摘要】 采用红外光谱法分析变压器油的热老化程度,依据1720cm-1的醛基吸收峰的出现与2720cm-1C—H伸缩振动出现的特征吸收峰以及3400~3600cm-1的烃基吸收峰变化,判定变压器油老化过程中有醛类和酸类化合物生成,介质损耗因数与其酸值成对数关系。采用恒定电压法加速电老化变压器油的绝缘模型,利用Gumbel概率分布得到击穿寿命统计分析,利用反幂函数拟合试验数据,求得模型中的电压耐受系数,用以评估变压器油的电老化寿命,发现局部放电对变压器油的电老化寿命有直接影响,随着变压器油的电老化,其介质损耗因数逐渐增大。
【Abstract】 This paper uses infrared spectroscopy analyze thermal ageing of transformer oil,according to absorption peak of aldehyde at 1720cm-1and the characteristic absorption peak at 2720 cm-1which is caused by C-H stretching vibration and changes of absorption peak of alkyl from 3400 to 3600 cm-1,judging that the aldehydes and the acids compound are produced in ageing process,the dielectric dissipation factor becomes the logarithm relation with acid number.For evaluating the lifetime of transformer oil model,the constant-stress test is used in accelerated electrical stress aging test,and Gumbel distribution is used to statistic analysis for the mean lifetime.This paper uses inverse power model to fit test data and calculate voltage endurance coefficients.Discovering the partial discharge has immediate influence to the electricity aging life of transformer oil,along with the electricity aging,its dielectric dissipation factor increases gradually.
