模拟电路故障诊断的现状与发展

【摘要】 介绍了模拟电路故障诊断的研究现状,对模拟电路故障诊断的方法,包括常规的方法和新颖的方法进行了简要阐述,指出各自的局限性,并预测了该领域的研究热点和发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The state-of-the-art of fault diagnosis of analogue circuit is introduced in this paper.The methods of fault diagnosis,including the common and the new,are elaborated simply.Their limitations are also discussed.The research hotspot and development trend in this field are presented finally.
