电源电压对继电器通断时间的影响
The Dependence of Make and Break Duration of Relay on Supply Voltage

【摘要】 本文对两种实验样品商用继电器和触点模拟试验装置进行了不同电压电流等级下闭合分断操作,并记录触头通断过程的电流电压波形.针对触头通断过程中出现的弹跳现象, 分别定义了几种时间参数,统计分析了它们随电压升高后的变化规律。
【Abstract】 The electrical contact experiments with two different test samples,the commercial relay and the contact simulation test device,were conducted,namely,a large number of make & break operations under different voltage and current levels for both test samples were carried out respectively,and the arcing current/voltage waveforms in contact making & breaking operation were recorded.To better understand the bounce phenomenon in both making and breaking process,several time parameters during the contact’s making and breaking interval are defined, respectively,and their dependence on supply voltage was statistically analyzed.
