【摘要】 <正>目前商品化的锂离子二次电池大多采用炭素材料作为负极材料,其理论容量只有 372mAh/g(LiC6),已难以适应现代电子设备的发展要求。近年来,人们把目光投向其他可与锂形成合金的材料,如硅、铝、硒和锡等。其中硅与锂可形成多种合金,最高理论容量达4200mAh/g(Li4.4Si),是炭素材料理论容量(372mAh/g)的十倍多;且

【Abstract】 Silicon films were deposited on copper foils by magnetron sputtering. The thickness of the Si film was about 2μm. X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicated that the film was amorphous. It is proved that the full cells employed the Si film anodes had a promising electrochemical performance. Its high initial capacity reached 1.17mAh/cm2, and maintained 0. 55mAh/cm2 over 300 cycles with no tendency of decreasing. Rate performance showed that the full cell had a promising high rate capability. At 30 C, its lithiation/delithiation capacity remained 25% of that at 0. 2 C. It suggests this sputtered Si film could serve as a promising anode in the next generation of Li-ion battery.
