纳米晶LaNiAl膜的固氦能力及其He在晶格中的占位研究

【摘要】 具有使常规体材既纳米化又同时渗He的特色的离子束辅助磁控He、Ar共溅射沉积方法,已经用于沉积纳米晶LaNiAl含氦膜和含氦粉。XRD、PBS,充放H2实验表明: 决定纳米结晶LaNiAl膜的含He量和He位置的关键因素是靶材的品质,最低弧放电PAr,PHe/PAr分压比及衬底温区。315℃温区,PHe/PAr为2.8及8,获得He/LaNiAl 原子比10.9%、13.3%的两种结晶含氦膜,其储He、H2能力为LaNi3.2Al2.1He0.87H2.94、 LaNi6.2Al1.2He1.03H2.74;释H2后,含氦膜仍保持其储He能力,分别为LaNi3Al1.6He0.72, LaNi6.2Al1.25He0.99;热解析表明LaNi4.0Al1.3He0.65中He以单一的Hen-V存在,含氦粉 LaNi4.0Al1.0He0.48中子衍射首次证明He优先占位坐标为(0.38,0.44,0.50)存在于晶格中。

【Abstract】 Helium-charged nano-crystalline film had been prepared by a magnetron co-sputtering, whose unique feature is that the LaNiAl bady material can be transformed into the nanocrystalline film and helium was introducted in the film in a He/Ar mixture atmosphere. X-ray diffraction (XRD), proton backscattering (PBS), hydrogen absorption-desorption for the film have demonstrated that lattice structure, Helium content, and the trapped sites of the nanocrystalline LaNiAl film are controlled by the quality of LaNiAl sputtering target, the lowest arc-charging PAr,PHe /PAr partial pressure ratio and the substrate temperature; Several key date were described as follows: helium charging LaNiAl film with He/LaNiAl ratio from 10.9 to 13.3 percent can be obtained at the condition of PHe / PAr was 2.8 and 8 at 315℃. The hydrogen storing capability of the film were LaNi3.2Al2.1He0.87H2.94, LaNi4.2Al1.2He1.03H2.74 respectly;The helium containing film after Hydrogen absorption-deabsorption were LaNi3Al1.6He0.72 , LaNi6.2Al1.25He0.99. It was found that the helium existed in the form of Hen-V cluster by the thermo-desorption, and traped in the prior site (0.38, 0.44, 0.5) by the neutron diffraction analyses.
