炭化压力对沥青炭微观结构和热物理性能的影响

【摘要】 将高温煤沥青和浸渍剂沥青在不同压力下炭化,在2500℃下对所得沥青炭进行石墨化处理;测试了所得沥青炭的体积密度、开孔率;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了所得沥青炭的显微结构;利用X射线衍射方法(XRD) 检测了不同炭化压力所得沥青炭石墨化处理后的石墨化度;测试了沥青炭试样的比热容、导热系数、热扩散率和线膨胀系数。结果表明:随着炭化压力的增大,沥青炭的体积密度增大而开孔率减小;随着炭化压力的增大沥青炭显微结构有从流线型向镶嵌型和域型转变的趋势;流线型结构沥青炭石墨化度较高;随着沥青炭石墨化程度的增大,比热容、导热系数、热扩散率都增大,而线膨胀系数减小;沥青中QI组份对于沥青炭的显微结构和热性能都有重要影响。

【Abstract】 Pitch derived carbons were prepared by carbonization and graphitization of high temperature pitch and impregnating pitch at different pressures and 2500℃. Bulk density, porosity were determined. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the morphology of pitch derived carbon . X-ray diffraction method was used to analysize the graphitization degree of pitch derived carbons at different pressures. Specific heat volum, heat conductivity, thermal diffusion ratio and linear expansion coefficient were tested.The results indicated that the bulk density of pitch derived carbon increase and porosity decrease as the pressure increase, at the same time,the microstructure of pitch derived carbon transform from flow domain type to grained mosaics type and field type.The graphitization degree with flow domain type texture is higher. The Specific heat volum, heat conductivity, thermal diffusion ratio increase and linear expansion coefficient decrease with an increase of oriented phases present in the carbon.The QI component containing in coal-tar pitch have important effects on the microstructure of pitch derived carbon and its thermo-physical properties.
