石墨化处理对催化裂解法所制备碳球的影响

【摘要】 采用化学气相催化裂解法制备出具有洋葱状结构的碳球,并对其进行石墨化处理。采用TEM和XRD对碳球的微观结构和晶体结构进行表征。大部分碳球的直径在400~500 nm之间,球形度好,其同心环形石墨周期层厚度约为5~10nm,并在球体中散布着直径在几个纳米~30nm左右的铁金属颗粒。石墨化导致碳球的形貌和结构都发生变化,形成多面体结构,铁颗粒被除去,但是洋葱结构仍然保留。晶体结构更加规整,未处理碳球的 d002为0.3417nm,而经过2800℃石墨化处理后,d002降低到0.3396nm。

【Abstract】 Carbon spheres with onion structure were prepared by catalytic pyrolysis method and graphitized at 2300 ℃ and 2800 ℃. TEM and XRD were used to characterize the microstructure and crystal structure of carbon spheres. The diameters of carbon spheres are in the range of 400-500 nm. Many iron particles with diameter of several nanometer to 30nm are dispersed in carbon spheres. The thick of periodic layers of concentric rings of crystalline graphite is 5-10nm. Through graphitization, the micro-morphology and structure were transformed into polyhedral carbon spheres and the iron particles were gotten rid of. But the onion-structure of carbon spheres is held. After graphitization, the crystal structure become more regular, and the changed from 0.3417nm to 0.3396nm (treated at 2800 ℃).
