用于电能质量分析的工业炼钢电弧炉系统的时域建模与仿真

【摘要】 根据工业炼钢电弧炉运行的特点,从系统电能质量分析的方面出发,存已有的时域建模方法基础上,本文作者提出新的拟合炼钢工况过程的方法和思路,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,对交流电弧炉系统建立了电路模型,并运行仿真模型得到了结果。该电弧炉建模方法,分析了电弧本质的电气特性,通过拟合交流电弧的伏安特性,建立了等效电弧电阻的模型。该模型较为直观的反映了实际电弧炉系统的电气特性。通过对仿真结果的分析、和实际工业炼钢电弧炉系统实测电压电流波形时频特性的比较,达到了比较好的效果。对于后续工作的电弧炉系统改造、无功补偿和谐波抑制方案的设计和实现,都有着比较重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristic of industrial arc furnaces and the analysis of system power quality, based on the time domain modeling of the arc furnace, this paper presents a novel method to simulate the process of steel-making. We made circuit model of the electrical arc furnace system by using the Matlab/Simulink,and got some result from the model. This method analysised the electrical characteristic of the arc,according to fit the V-I characteristic of AC electrical arc, builded the equivalent resistance model of the arc. This model.represented the electrical characteristic of the actual arc furnace system. According to the analysis of the sinulation result,compared to the actual measurement oresult,got the conclusion that the model is accurate. This time domain model and the simulation result can instruct the sequential works and it is significant for the optimized alteration of the system,design and implement of the var compensation and harmonic suppression.
